The actual making of the woven bags started off with the manufacturing of the woven fabric. What happens in the process of manufacturing the woven fabric? It starts with melting the raw polypropylene pellets. Extruding the melted PP pellets into flat thin sheets winding up in bobbins and then weaving them out in a warp en weft direction.
The woven polypropylene materials are known for their tensile strength, low elongations, dimensional stability and wear resistance. PP woven fabrics are very useful as they can be used in various applications.
PP woven fabrics can be uncoated or coated depending on the product.
