What is our DYNAMIC BAGS? Well known as flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) bulk bags or big bag.
They are industrial containers made of flexible fabric.
These bags are specially designed for storing and transporting dry as well as flowable products; i.e. sand, fertilizer, lime, rooibos, granules of the raw material plastic
FIBC’s are most often made from polypropylene or high-density polyethylene. Its capacity is normally around 500kg, 750kg, 1,000 kg or 2 000 kg.
Transporting and loading are done on either pallets or by lifting it from the loops. Bags are made with one, two or four lifting loops. The single loop bag is suitable for a one-man operation as there is no need for a second man to put the loops on the loader’s hook. Emptying is made easy by a special opening in the bottom such as a discharge spout, of which there are several options, or by simply cutting it open.
Mining bags are similar to the above, except far more specialized fabric is used. This specialized fabric is called woven geotextile. Each has varying percolation rates which makes it unique.
